Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 2 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within less than 2 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

3. Repeat Offenses: In the event of multiple last-minute cancellations or a pattern of repeated cancellations, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Same Day Reschedule Policy:

1. Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate it if you notify us as soon as possible, preferably with at least 2 hours notice.

2. Availability Limitation: Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we may not be able to reschedule your appointment on short notice.

No Show Policy:

1. Appointment Attendance: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without any prior communication, it will be considered a no-show.

2. No-Show Fee: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Future Appointments: After two consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.
